This was always an interesting short, I've got a print of this in the stacks somewhere.
I was always sorry Dorothy McNulty/Penny Singleton got stuck in that BLONDIE rut, she was a charming performer and my Arthur Lake allergy keeps me from watching those films. I wish she had done more like GO WEST YOUNG LADY (1941) which is a fun Columbia comedy western musical that she really shines in. She's even fun in the MGM and Warner B's she appears in before she got the BLONDIE gig. She's got a good part in AFTER THE THIN MAN (1936)
