Formerly lost silent feature, a silent foreign print was reunited with the original Vitaphone discs. Since it’s a First National film made during the transition to Warner Brothers ownership, a few talking sequences were added. Frames missing in the silent print are neatly finessed in its synchronized dialogue sequences. Titles remade to approximate the originals. Very well done and not a bad film, either.
