A good early Masquer's Club comedy starring Sam Hardy, Glen Tryon, James Gleason, Syd Saylor, Max Davidson, and directed by Harry Sweet.

Agreed! The total statue-like whiteness reminds me of the barbershop quartet of busts from Disney's HAUNTED MANSION, which I also find off-putting. Yeeeep!

Richard Carlyle (“The Masque”) is creepy enough even without any makeup! Who needs Raymond Massey to play Boris Karloff?

Listening to Eddie Kane’s “Dutchman” dialect here, I wish he played Baron Munchausen (in films and radio) instead of Jack Pearl. Eddie at least is likable, and he’s certainly funnier.
