Need ID for LOOK OUT BELOW (1929)

I wish to know the name of the chap pictured here. I know I have seen him before but I can't seem to connect him. These grabs are from the Educational short LOOK OUT BELOW (1929) where this fellow plays Thelma Todd's jealous husband. Thanks in advance.

That's Robert Graves, Educational supporting comic and occasional Cameo Comedy star.
