LITTLE ELF can now be pre-ordered from Amazon. (The books are printed; they just need to make their way to Amazon's warehouse[s] before they ship out.) This is the best (possibly the only) way to get it if you live outside the U.S. And for those IN the U.S., there's free shipping.

It has been shown at Slapsticon & Cinevent so that is a pretty good guess. I have to say it's a pretty enjoyable film!
