I found this image on a stock photo site and of course the code has been cropped. I see Chet Brandenburg, Martha Sleeper, and George Stevens. Does anyone know which film this is from and who the others are?

I wonder if Ms Sleeper contracted lung cancer from participating in that photo shoot.
