Another Buster Keaton Mexican Credit?

Okay, I know this is the imd(um)b, which makes it immediately suspect, yet it seems to have been picked up by wikipedia and elsewhere, but is this really a Buster Keaton credit:

Has anyone seen the film or can verify this? Buster is not listed on the poster or any original advertising I can find for the film, is this a cameo appearance? The film obviously exists and has played on spanish-language television in the last few decades, somebody must have seen it.
