Moguls, Movie Stars, and the Merv Griffin Show

This is really off topic, but I knew if I watched TCM's MOGULS AND MOVIE STARS series long enough there'd be a comic highlight. In last night's episode (#6) they were doing one of their brief, soundbite sections on the rise of drive-ins and American International Pictures. They presented what was supposed to be a photo of AIP founders Samuel Arkoff and James Nicholson, but it was actually a shot of the bi-lingual singers Tony Sandler and Ralph Young! Now I want to know - did Sam Arkoff or James Nicholson sing in French?

I turned to my wife and said "That's not Nicholson and Arkoff," but while I recognized them as frequent guests on one of the talk shows from the '60s, for the life of me I couldn't remember who they were. Thanks for the ID, Steve, and the brief trip down Memory Lane.

By the way, what ever happened to Monty Rock III?
