The Itching Hour (1931)

I am curious if anyone knows how common The Itching Hour is with Louise Fazenda and Max Davidson? i just picked up a print that has a replaced main title (Oh, What a Night) and sadly has water damage, but I haven't seen it before...

Hey There Dino,
Prints aren't that easy to come by, but I now know of at least three in collectors hands, and it was on the German Max Davidson DVD.
