This looks to have about a third of its running time cut. Ex-Plumber was released at 21 minutes and this thing clocks in at 13.5. Early TV used to program 15-minute times slots on occasion, and the distributor may have offered some shorts to fit that length. Either way, it looks like it was edited with a meat cleaver.

A lot of those Atlas Prints that are at LOC are cut for a fifteen-minute timeslot by some TV station. Atlas Prints can be complete, but that seems to have been the way some TV stations were running them. The later Zouary prints are the ones that are complete and have their original opening and closing titles for the most part.
