Spanish titles on Harry Langdon's SKIRT SHY (1929)

Last year I picked up a 16mm Spanish dub of Harry Langdon's Roach short SKIRT SHY which has these interesting main titles. The film stock dates from 1959. I presume these were done for TV reissue and nontheatrical rentals, there's no mention of Hal Roach or MGM in the credits. I don't buy foreign dubs but this happens to be a favorite Langdon short and besides, there's almost no dialogue in reel two. (Also it was mighty cheap!)
The only other foreign dub I own is a 1931 Educational, DON'T DIVORCE HIM, with Clyde Cook, Edgar Kennedy, Vernon Dent and John T. Murray chattering away in French. With a cast like that I HAD to get it.
