Although described as a Charlie Chaplin film, this sure looks like a Billie West film with Oliver Hardy. Does anybody know what the title could be?

Yeah, it's the Billy West King Bee Comedy HIS DAY OUT (1/15/1918), and it is Babe Hardy in the chair.
