This is an Atlas Films cut-down (catalog #K-12) of a so-far unidentified Toots & Casper short from 1928-29. Anyone have a clue as to what it's from?

I don’t know the title but I bet it was released after Laurel & Hardy’s Big Business (4/20/1929).
