Does anyone have an idea what this film might be? Hank Mann, Bud Jamison, Billy Franey. Perhaps a Century Comedy?

Any idea who the gal is in the policeman's uniform? The last image is very reminiscent of a scene in Harry Langdon's THE CAT'S MEOW, with Harry at a phone box handcuffed to Tiny Ward.

This is ADORABLE DORA, a Joe Rock Blue Ribbon comedy from Standard Cinema-FBO released July 25, 1926, the girl in the policeman outfit is Lois Boyd. it was directed by Harry Sweet.
