LOC nonsense about THE WAY OF ALL PANTS

Postby Richard M Roberts » Sun Jun 23, 2019 9:14 pm

So recently I've seen several LOC archivists all self-preening and back-patting about discovering a "nearly complete" print of Charley Chase's 1927 THE WAY OF ALL PANTS like this didn't already exist.

Sorry kids, been there, done that, we discovered and restored an actually complete print of THE WAY OF ALL PANTS several years ago and premiered the restoration at Cinevent in 2016:

See how well in the loop these "professional" archivists are? Jim Cozart saw our restored print and said it was beautiful.
