Is that Cliff Bowes in the derby?

It's too tall and lanky to be Cliff Bowes. I've seen this guy in other Century's (he's the one that fills up Wanda Wiley's flat tire by sneezing in FLYING WHEELS '26) but have never found a name for him.

The blonde is Florence Lee (a different Florence Lee than the old lady in ASK GRANDMA ('25), CITY LIGHTS ('31), etc., etc.), and Zip Monberg is holding Peggy and getting the pin in his hand. Brownie is of course Brownie.
