Unidentified monty banks and sid smith

I was screening some of my own little unidentified clips and ran across a short clip of Monty Banks, where after a few complications with a police officer he meets up with a buddy and they both peer around the corner at the cop and the buddy is Sid Smith. Anyone know this title?

That's Sid Smith allright, and Bill Blaisdell playing the Cop, it's early 20's Monty Banks too before he got a little stockier, will look into this, as I 'm sure Steve will too.
