Gosh Mr Roberts, you have everything!
Then why is there still so much to buy?
This looks like a really great Sennett too, so hopefully we'll all get to see it one day.
(maybe at the '8mm Slapsticon' event held next year in your garage...)
It is a very good Sennett/First National, and it;s nice to see Heinie Conklin in a late return to the Fun Factory.
You know, we always wanted to so a small guage show at Slapsticon, but we could never find a place where we could do it. We looked into getting rooms at the various hotels we used to put rogether a screening room where the throw would be amenable, but it never worked out.
And it is true, just as so much silent comedy only exists in 16mm, there's also a lot of silent comedy that only exists in other guages like 8mm and 9.5mm.
Whilst we're talking of rare Turpins, I've nearly finished the reconstruction of SHE SIGHED BY THE SEASIDE.
Now don't tell me you have that on 8mm too!
Nope. I'm looking forward to you putting that one up on line.
