I ran across this comedy compilation (set to Glenn Miller's Chattanooga Choo Choo) on YouTube.
Deftly handled. The editor didn't miss a trick:

Enjoy!

You might also notice that I have added new BBCode which allows YouTube
videos to be embedded directly into your posts! Simply press the "YouTube"
button and paste (or type) the full YouTube url between the blocks. That's it!

And I'll blow his cover and say that that was put together by silentcomedymafia's own and fellow Silent Comedians.com exile Gary Johnson. Take a bow Gary!

Don't want to be late........

Great job, Gary. I hope you didn't miss your train.

Could anyone list all of the films featured in this clip? The only one I didn't recognize is the clip with the man and woman running towards the back of the train as it gains speed.

Wow I must have missed the train! I was wondering what happened to almost everyone at si-com.com Now I know!
Hello everyone, old friends and new. I'm happy to be here.

Just enjoyed Gary's train video - thanks for the tip, Paul. The guy and girl hopping the train is Mabel Normand and Ralph Graves in "The Extra Girl."

And Gary, yer not really headed for Slapsticon are you? Is it on again??? I'm always the last to know!

That is really well done.

I grew up listening to Glen Miller (my father's favorite Big Band), so I really enjoyed that being paired with the silent clips.
I don't think that I have ever seen silents paired with Big Bands before. I know that the theme was the train tie-in, but the Miller band and the clips played great together.

It was gfreat to see such a variety of clips in it. My only concern woudl be the scene from Harold Lloyd's 1926 film " For Heaven's Sake". That one may cause some problems if Lloyd's Grandaughter sees it ( under the circumstances, let's hope that she doesn't).
