Thanks everyone for the compliments.

I believe the rules on YouTube are that clips from copyrighted
material can be shown as long as it is part of a larger work of
your own creation. At least that's how I understand it.

And it's not like I'm making any money doing it.
It's just how I amuse myself.

That and making faces in the mirror.

I really liked it!

I was not trying to be the copyright police. I just know that Suzanne Lloyd has a reputation for being very hard-nosed about copyright and her grandfather's image.
That is one of the reasons that he is so poorly represented in compolations and retrospectives.

What is sad is that the attempt to control his image has resulted in a bit of "forgetting " of his image.

I generally lament these montages because Lloyd is so often not given his due . I think that the family would sell more DVDs if Harold was seen and recognized more by modern fans.....................but that is just my opinion ( and I am a true Harold Lloyd fan).

I did love the short and was really happy to see Harold Lloyd included in it.
