Do you realize how many funny things created in the last half of the 20th Century we would not have if this man had not existed? He was a true comic genius and a nice man to boot. And apparently he had been well and fine until just recently. Mark Malkoff had put up this new interview on his CARSON PODCAST just a few weeks ago:

Rest in Peace Carl, I hope Mel Brooks finds someone else to have dinner and watch old movies with.
