I've been looking for this for years, and it finally turned up on Youtube. Broadcast on NBC April 8, 1975, Tom Snyder's one and only interview with Orson Welles on THE TOMORROW SHOW was an interesting show, Tom seemed to be a bit nervous or in awe of Orson and starts off a bit uptight, but Orson is in a diplomatic mood and gets Tom to settle down and have a good time, but Tom is indeed a bit less fawning then Dick Cavett was. The set designer also miscalculated the sturdiness of the interview chairs for the guest involved.
