Ah, the good old days of salesmanship, have a good product worth selling, know about that product, find out what your customers want, and give it to them to the best of your ability, unlike today where you make some piece of shit, and try to con the customer into believing that they need it and can't live without it, then don't service the customer if they have a problem with it.
