The unidentified bit player in OUTSIDE THE LAW and DRIFTING is not William V. Mong. Mong plays Dr Li in DRIFTING, he's the one in the yellowface selling opium. Mong has a major role and looks almost nothing like the skinny bit player the NNN is obsessed about.
Once again, the level of expertise at that sorry little site has fallen to the level of sorry indeed.
