LIFE WITH BUSTER- DETECTIVE STORY

Search and ye shall find. Along with WRESTLING episode for over fifty minutes of Buster TV. Unfortunately the uploader added nasty commercials, ignore those by skipping them. Enjoy.

Re: LIFE WITH BUSTER KEATON: BUSTER IN THE JUNGLE (1951)

There were a handful of LIFE WITH BUSTER shows on VHS releases years ago. One company, Starcade Entertainment in California released two VHS tapes of the show under the title "Signature Classics" in 1994. I purchased them and still got them. One tape contained the 65 minute edited "fe...

Department stores no longer have cannon and missile departments. Homemade doughnuts, fresh milk and eggs from your own cows and chickens. Different times indeed.

I recognised Tom Kennedy in the Restaurant scene.

How many episodes of the filmed BUSTER KEATON SHOW - LIFE WITH BUSTER were made? Has a complete list of episode titles ever been compiled?

Re: The Monty Python Backlash has begun......

In the many books and interviews I have read about the Pythons they usually say it was Terry Jones who was always at odds with John Cleese over comedy material and difference of comic opinion, not Eric Idle. Anyway, I didn't see the live broadcast or streams....totally forgot about it. Oh well, time...

Re: The Monty Python Backlash has begun......

Eric Idle was the go-getter of the Python's. He's the one who got the live stage tours, movies, books, records, merchandising and home video deals. So it's of no surprise Idle is more of the groups spoke person now. What amused me about their press conference was how they all sat in the wrong seats ...

Re: LOOSER THAN LOOSE PUBLISHING TO CLOSE

Never purchased anything from Looser Than Loose but their Larry Semon DVDs caught my eye. They will probably be out of business by the time I can afford to order it anyway.

Has Looser Than Loose stated when they will shut down?

Re: Kino/Lobster Max Linder Collection

After watching MAX WANTS A DIVORCE I noticed it ran 27 minutes and thought that was much too long for a two reel short. Then realized they must have transferred it 18 or 20 FPS. Can't figure out what the problem letting the films run at 24FPS. These are comedies after all. Even with that It was nice...

Re: The Monty Python Backlash has begun......

This writer writes so negatively towards Python he's obvious not a fan so he feels a need to dig up every cliche' derogatory comment that's been used by others in the past. His first sentence is all wrong. LIFE OF BRIAN is not a spoof about the life of Jesus Christ. It's about the life of Brian, hey...

Well remembering these is admitting our ages. Seems like yesterday my sister and I were eating eggs on toast for breakfast while watching Mack And Myer.
