It's true. Even at the start of the fest on Friday I noticed a significantly larger crowd than last year. You show the rare stuff and people will respond.

I have never been a fan. Too "over the top" for me. That one kid in the class who always had to be the center of attention and that's what I feel like every time I see him in a role.
