Victor Potel's Paintings
While digging through old periodicals in my ongoing search for any new snippet of info regarding Henry Lehrman, I came across several articles that talk about Victor Potel's painting abilities, and one piece in particular. The following is from Lee Shippey's "Lee Side 'o L.A.," Los Angeles...

Re: Ted Mulford
My mistake; I meant "Henabery" rather than "Henaberry." Thanks to one of your eagle-eyed members for quietly pointing out the error!

Ted Mulford
Does anyone know anything about an actor named Ted Mulford? I found a single article that stated that he was in the cast of the L-Ko single-reel ZIP AND HIS GANG (02/07/1915) along with Henry Lehrman, Henry Bergman, and Gertrude Selby. An online search didn't reveal much (as far as I took it), but d...

Re: Couple of "newsreel" type curios...
Given that there was a "Beer" sign prominently displayed on the boardwalk in the former film, that would indicate that it was filmed after the repeal of Prohibition in December 1933.

Re: Lehrman's WET AND WARMER
Unfortunately, I didn't learn of Slapsticon until a year or two later, and was fortunate enough to catch Lehrman's HUNGRY LIONS IN A HOSPITAL. My loss, alas.

Lehrman's WET AND WARMER
Does anyone out there have by some remote chance a copy of this film? It's one of the few Lehrman efforts that I have yet to see, and would be extremely helpful if I could view a copy. It wouldn't matter how "rough" a print it was, or if it was overprinted by timings or whatever. Failing a...

Re: Cole Johnson
I didn't know Cole well at all, having only met him at Slapsticon and later having lunch with him once at Mostly Lost a year or so back. I contacted him back in August with the hope that he might have one or two images in his collection that could be used in my upcoming book on Henry Lehrman, and th...
