Were the two Keystone half-reelers A BANDIT and PEEPING PETE derived from paper prints? If so, many paper print silent comedies at the LOC will rival film in future restorations.
I was surprised to find out that those two films were filmed in Tijuanna.

This is THE STEEPLECHASER (1922). Its an all star Educational with Cliff Bowes and Spencer Bell also. This is an Italian re-issue that added a soundtrack and they did a pretty good job with it. Lige Conley remade this at Fox in 1927 and named the remake, drum roll......THE STEEPLECHASER.
