Re: WHOSE BABY (1917) Gloria Swanson, Bobby Vernon

No Ed, it was Charlie Tarbox's Film Classics Exchange that had the second reel only (all that is known to exist) available in a beautiful print reduced from 35mm (I've got one). It does have a pretty wild storm sequence for it's finale.

Tom Lehrer RIP

Wow, another comedy great gone. He hadn't performed in decades, and his actual output was small, but the songs he wrote were all gems. Re: THE BUSTER KEATON SHOW 2 kines & 7 filmed - coming on Blu-Ray

Ed, isn't "The Little Theater Story" part of the feature compilation THE MISADVENTURES OF BUSTER KEATON? I have a print of that, but haven't watched it in years.

GERTIE'S JOY RIDE (1915) Gertrude Selby, Hank Mann

L-KO Komedy released September 5, 1915, Henry Lehrman directing a pretty much by-the-book Keystone ripoff, shoot in the park, two guys (Hank Mann Reggie Morris) fight over Gertrude Selby, then bring out the Keystone---ahm---L-KO Kops and cut to the chase. Ah well, it's an L-KO, they're rare: https:/...
